STILLWATER – Following the filing of an injunction in Payne County Court by Oklahoma State senior guard Kashie Natt regarding his eligibility being denied by the NCAA, head coach Steve Lutz issued a statement via social media.

“Kashie has been a standout teammate. We’re doing everything in our power to support him and will continue to stand in his corner as he and his legal representation move forward. This matter is now in the hands of the court, and we remain hopeful for a positive resolution.”

Natt transferred to Oklahoma State from Sam Houston back in April, where he was the Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year. He averaged nearly 11 points and eight rebounds per game, while leading the conference in steals with 2.03 per game, defensive rebounds and double doubles with nine.

Prior to his lone season in Huntsville, TX, Natt spent three seasons with NAIA LSU-Alexandria where he was the 2025 NAIA National Player of the Year.
