Oklahoma State Lands Commitment From Utah Catcher Kennedy Proctor
STILLWATER – Kenny Gajewski and Co. have just landed their first commitment out of the transfer portal in former Utah catcher, Kennedy Proctor.
Proctor is originally out of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA and Tesoro HS and just wrapped up her sophomore season with the Utes. As a sophomore, Proctor hit .338 across 55 games, all of them being starts, with 54 hits, 13 doubles and 14 home runs with 41 RBIs. She had a .706 slugging percentage with 21 strikeouts to 34 walks.
As a freshman, Proctor had a .319 average across 44 games, 43 of which were starts, with 43 hits, 10 doubles, six home runs and 28 RBIs.
She was named a D1Softball First Team Freshman All-American and tabbed second team All-Big 12 as she led the Utes with a .556 slugging percentage in 2025.
