STILLWATER – Eric Morris and Co. are still looking for the second commitment in the 2027 class and are starting to make some progress as Brayden White included Oklahoma State in his top 6 list on Tuesday.

Baylor, Houston, Minnesota, Stanford and Vanderbilt were the other five schools included on the list.

White checks in at 6-3, 280 pounds and is out of Shepherd, TX, which is roughly an hour northeast of Houston.

According to the Shepherd MaxPreps page, White played in nine games this past season for the Pirates and recorded 24 total tackles, 19 of which were solo stops. The impressive part about that is 12 of his tackles were tackles for loss, which included eight sacks for a loss of 15 yards with seven QB hurries.

He also recorded an interception for 25 yards with two pass deflections and one forced fumble.

White took an unofficial to Oklahoma State back in February and has an official scheduled for June 18, the final OV date of six visits scheduled. He has an OV scheduled to Stanford May 22, Houston May 28, Baylor June 5 and Mississippi State June 12. It will be interesting to see if he still takes the Mississippi State visit.
