STILLWATER – When Israel “Izzy” Hammons answered the phone I could tell he was still in a celebratory mood folling his commitment. The 6-3, 230 pound Choctaw Yellowjackets linebacker was in a noisy environment. He asked for us to pause and let him get outside to a quieter place. Congratulations were certainly in order.
